1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the alowin platform — including its website, mobile-optimized interface, games, sportsbook, cashier, live chat, and any other features ("the Platform") — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with alowin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your alowin account. Continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

alowin strictly requires all Players to be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is consistent with the minimum age for casino-style gambling as recognized by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any Player who misrepresents their age during registration or at any subsequent time will have their account immediately terminated and any funds in the account forfeited.

2.2 Registration Accuracy

When registering an alowin account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address or Philippine mobile number, and residential address. alowin reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time and to request supporting documentation for identity verification (KYC) purposes.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) active alowin account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All associated accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must contact alowin support immediately.

2.4 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to hold an alowin account:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• alowin employees, contractors, and their immediate family members;
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from alowin or are subject to a mandated exclusion order;
• Persons located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

3Account Responsibility

3.1 Credentials Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your alowin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. alowin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify alowin support immediately via live chat on the Platform. alowin will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation. You remain liable for all activity on your account until you notify alowin of the compromise.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

alowin may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal or continuing gameplay. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of Philippine residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by alowin may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

alowin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, as well as Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions on alowin are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your alowin wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to be credited. alowin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your bank.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) clearance. Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being handled at any given time. alowin reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that trigger its internal fraud detection protocols.

4.4 Withdrawal to Own Accounts Only

All withdrawals must be made to a payment account that is registered in your own name and matches your verified alowin account name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be refused. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of all alowin Players.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotions offered by alowin are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. General conditions that apply to all alowin bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 and above only;
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per Player, per household, and per device unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise;
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms;
• alowin reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned. alowin reserves the right to recover erroneously credited bonuses from your account balance.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Players should review these requirements carefully before opting into any alowin promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

alowin employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, employing low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, and colluding with other Players to abuse promotional offers. Any Player found to have abused bonuses will have their account suspended and all bonus winnings forfeited.

6Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on alowin — including slots, live dealer casino games, Bingo, Captain Fisher, Limbo, and the sportsbook — is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface or on the relevant game page on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

All casino games on alowin use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated by certified live dealer studios. alowin does not manipulate game outcomes, and all games are designed to produce results that are statistically consistent with published return-to-player (RTP) percentages.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the alowin Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any time thereafter;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Opening or operating more than one alowin account;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cheating in multiplayer games;
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent disputes with your payment provider after depositing to alowin;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing alowin staff or other Players;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other Players' accounts, or alowin's back-end systems.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the alowin Platform — including but not limited to the alowin brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of alowin or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without alowin's prior written consent.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, alowin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

alowin's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

alowin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10Responsible Gaming

alowin is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Filipino players. We enforce a strict minimum age of 21 years and provide a range of tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.

11Account Suspension & Termination

alowin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if alowin reasonably believes that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent registration information;
• The Player has engaged in any form of cheating, collusion, or bonus abuse;
• The Player has initiated a chargeback or fraudulent payment dispute;
• The account poses a money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime risk;
• Continued operation of the account would violate applicable law or regulatory requirements.

Upon termination for cause, alowin may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method. If wrongdoing is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their alowin account may do so by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after standard KYC verification.

12Amendments to These Terms

alowin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, alowin will notify Players via email or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the alowin Platform shall first be submitted to alowin's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support.

If an internal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) calendar days of the complaint being lodged, either party may refer the dispute to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith throughout any dispute resolution process.
